Roles and Responsibilities
As a Junior Training Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
Communication: Engaging with Campus Manager Trainees daily via email, text, and calls to provide guidance.
Operations: Managing the day-to-day tasks required to run the Campus Manager training program successfully.
Mentorship: Supporting trainees in building an entrepreneurial mindset to launch their campus businesses.
Evaluation: Assessing trainee performance, providing structured feedback, and making graduation decisions for the program.
Compensation and Benefits
Fresh Prints offers a competitive starting package with clear growth milestones:
Starting Salary: Base pay of $360 per month.
Allowances:$40 per month Night Shift Allowance.
Promotion Opportunity: Consistent high performance over the first three months leads to a promotion to Sales & Training Associate (Level 1) in August, with a salary increase to $780 per month.
Sabbatical: A 2-month paid sabbatical is offered to eligible long-term employees.
Working Hours
Because Fresh Prints is a US-based company, this role follows Eastern Standard Time (EST):
Shift Time:6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST.
Days: Monday to Friday.
