About the Role
Cognizant is hiring talented Front-End Developers skilled in JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML, and CSS to join its innovative digital team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications that enhance customer experience and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
This position offers a hybrid work model and day shift schedule, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build visually stunning and responsive user interfaces.
- Optimize performance and ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues to ensure smooth application functionality.
- Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and follow best coding practices.
- Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative work culture.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of React.js, Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience in building responsive web designs and reusable components.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
