As a Product Expert at FULL Creative, your core focus will span technical issue resolution, cross-team collaboration, and SaaS user engagement:
Technical Troubleshooting: Replicate, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues reported by SaaS customers.
Creative Problem Solving: Provide high-quality, creative solutions to user queries while delivering exceptional customer service.
Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to escalate technical bugs and track ticket resolutions.
Documentation & Ticket Management: Maintain clear, detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and customer communications.
KPI & Quality Management: Meet team cadence goals, achieve set key performance indicators, and contribute to continuous product enhancements.

Professional Qualifications
