🧑💼 Apprentice Trainee – Job Description
As an Apprentice Trainee, you will undergo structured on-the-job training across different operational functions under the supervision of experienced engineers and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in various operational areas as per work instructions (WI)
- Assist in machine setup including cleaning and preparation before production
- Update daily machine check sheets before starting production
- Follow the training plan provided by the supervisor
- Record production details accurately in tracking sheets
- Strictly adhere to SOPs during production to ensure process control
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines
🦺 Work Environment & Safety Standards
- Manufacturing floor environment
- Moderate to high noise levels (hearing protection required)
- Mandatory use of:
- Safety glasses
- Safety shoes
- PPE in designated areas
