About the Role: Customer Success Engineer at GitLab
As a Customer Success Engineer at GitLab, you will play a key role in driving product adoption and delivering architectural and technical guidance to clients across the APJ (Asia-Pacific and Japan) region.
You will work closely with customers through written communication and Zoom to solve day-to-day challenges, optimize DevSecOps workflows, and ensure long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Consultancy: Provide on-demand technical guidance and solutions via Zoom and written communication to help customers resolve day-to-day issues.
Workflow Design: Design and assist in implementing custom GitLab solutions tailored to customer DevSecOps workflows.
Product Adoption: Drive feature adoption and deliver measurable customer value across APJ accounts to support contract renewals and account expansion.
Architectural Guidance: Deliver technical guidance across source code management, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), DevSecOps, and Agile planning.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to align technical strategies with customer objectives and account growth plans.
Workshops & Enablement: Plan, organize, and execute customer workshops, live demos, and enablement sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Skillset: Strong interest or background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, Source Code Management, or Agile methodologies.
Experience Level: Both Freshers with relevant technical exposure/projects and Experienced Professionals are eligible to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical consultancy via video calls and ticketing systems.
