• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing all trips for senior citizens.
• Create detailed travel itineraries for the trips.
• Book tickets, accommodations, and transportation for the travellers.
• Ensure all arrangements are made to ensure a smooth experience for senior citizens.
• Participate in the planning and execution of community trips.
• Stay updated and research new and trendy travel destinations.
• Monitor travel expenses and identify areas for cost-saving.
• Liaise with hotels and vendors for trip arrangements.
• Keep track of blackout dates, new rates for seasons, and off-season pricing.
• Travel with GoHappy Club on all of the trips.
• Address all inquiries and information.
• Responsible for VISA application.
• Maintain contacts and communicate with vendors, agents, and stakeholders.
