Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone and research.
- Problem Resolution: Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, and account statuses; escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Data Management: Maintain precise records of all interactions within the CRM or call tracking systems.
- Performance Excellence: Meet key metrics including call resolution time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and product knowledge.
Requirements: What Makes You a Great Fit
Educational Qualification:
- 12 + 3 years of education (Any Graduate is eligible).
Required Skills:
- Experience: 1–5 years in customer service or call center environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency for US shifts).
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate CRM systems and call center software.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy, patience, active listening, and conflict resolution.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
