- Customer Support Execution: Promptly address and resolve client queries in the Order-to-Cash and International Banking operations through chat and email channels.
- Data & System Management: Update, manage, and verify client databases across enterprise platforms with high accuracy.
- Problem Resolution & Escalation: Troubleshoot client requests, provide actionable fixes, and route complex escalations to senior support tiers as necessary.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Stream: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science disciplines (B.Sc, B.A, B.Com, BBA, BCA, etc.).
- Exclusions: Graduates with B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc IT, or MCA degrees are strictly prohibited from applying.
- Experience Level: Freshers only.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication abilities.
- Shift Flexibility: Open to working in US Shifts from the Chennai office facility.
