Job Description

HCLTech is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its International Voice Process. This role involves handling customer interactions for global healthcare and OTC clients while delivering a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound international customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries related to healthcare/OTC services
Provide accurate information and maintain service quality
Adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards

Graduate in any discipline (Non-engineering)
Freshers are welcome
2025 pass-outs must carry final semester result copy
Good English communication skills
Willingness to work in US shifts
