Key Responsibilities
As a Process Associate at HCLTech, your primary tasks will involve:
Promptly responding to and resolving customer queries via email, chat, or voice channels.
Entering, updating, and managing customer data across multiple internal systems.
Troubleshooting customer issues, delivering effective solutions, and escalating complex matters to senior support teams when necessary.
