Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries promptly through voice, email, and chat support channels.
- Resolution & Escalation: Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate product/service information, and escalate complex technical/operational cases to higher-level teams when necessary.
- Data Management: Input, modify, and update customer profile details across CRM platforms and organizational databases.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain operational efficiency while following standardized process guidelines, SLAs, and security protocols.
Eligibility & Educational Criteria
✅ Eligible Qualifications
- Streams: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science disciplines (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.B.A., B.C.A., etc.).
- Pass-out Batches: Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 graduating classes.
- Shift Readiness: Must be open and willing to work in night shifts (US Shift environment).
