Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks
As a Process Associate in the Order Management division, your day-to-day duties will revolve around corporate operations and direct client communications:
- Customer Interaction: Handling inbound and outbound voice calls to resolve customer issues, verify account data, and process incoming requests.
- Order Tracking: Managing transactional records within the Order Management pipeline to ensure timely end-to-end processing.
- Shift Alignment: Working seamlessly during standard US operational hours (night shifts) to cater to global clients.
- Team Collaboration: Maintaining strong internal metrics for communication and client satisfaction in a collaborative corporate ecosystem.

- Eligible Qualifications: Any non-engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (UG & PG).
- Includes: Arts & Science Freshers, M.Com (2024/2025), MBA (2025), MA (2025), and M.Sc (Non-IT).
- ❌ NOT Eligible: B.E / B.Tech / Engineering Graduates / M.Sc Computer Science / M.Sc IT & MCA.
- Core Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills alongside strong interpersonal capabilities.
