Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Delivery: Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Java, Node.js, and Microservices applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Team Mentorship: Code review, coaching, and guiding junior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality, scalability, and security.
- Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks, optimize cloud resources, and ensure application efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with solution architects, project leads, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps following Agile practices.
Eligibility & Technical Requirements
- Primary Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency in Java and Node.js runtime environments.
- Architecture: Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture design and deployment.
- Cloud Platform: In-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) services.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile software development models.
- Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI/ML tools is good to have.
