Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Delivery: Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Java, Node.js, and Microservices applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Team Mentorship: Code review, coaching, and guiding junior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality, scalability, and security.
• Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks, optimize cloud resources, and ensure application efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with solution architects, project leads, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps following Agile practices.

Eligibility & Technical Requirements

• Primary Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency in Java and Node.js runtime environments.
• Architecture: Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture design and deployment.
• Cloud Platform: In-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) services.
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile software development models.
• Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI/ML tools is good to have.
