Key Responsibilities
As a Voice Process Executive at HCLTech, your core responsibilities will include:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to deliver a superior customer experience.
Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product/service information.
Quality & Performance: Consistently meet or exceed process quality metrics and performance targets.
Documentation & Follow-up: Document call details accurately in company systems and perform follow-up tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, call handling, or voice-based support roles.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Customer Focus: Strong service orientation, patience, and active listening abilities.
Technical Setup: Basic computer skills and comfort working in a remote / WFH environment.
Work Schedule: Willingness and capability to work Night Shifts.
