This recruitment drive targets specialists across high-demand financial domains, including US Mortgage Quality Control, European Bereavement Support, Payments Investigation (SWIFT/SEPA), and Credit Card Chargebacks. Candidates will be aligned to one of four specialized banking tracks based on their prior experience and background:

| SPAN – Mortgage | Associate | 3–5 Years | Bachelor’s degree. Must have hands-on experience in Mortgage QC / Underwriting, reviewing DTI, LTV, collateral documentation, and validating loans against GSE guidelines (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac). |
| SPAN – BSU (Bereavement Support) | Associate | 1–2+ Years | Bachelor’s degree. Requires a background in Europe-based banking. Responsible for validating death certificates, executing executor limits, preparing TAPS sheets, and coordinating with solicitors. |
| SPAN – Payments Investigation | Associate & Analyst | 1–5 Years | Experience in international manual payments, reconciliations, and investigations. Deep knowledge of SEPA, Nostro/Vostro accounts, SWIFT messages (MT103, 196, 199, 202, 202COV), and ISO 20022 is mandatory. |
| Chargeback – Banking Process | Associate | 2+ Years | Graduate (Commerce / Finance streams preferred). Experience in banking chargebacks, card disputes, and sample data validation. Excellent analytical and MS Office skills are required. |
