Eligibility Criteria
HCL is looking for dynamic freshers who are ready to excel in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Batches: 2025 and 2026 Passouts.
- Degrees Allowed: Any Arts, Science, or Commerce Degree (UG & PG). This includes MBA, MA, M.Com, and M.Sc (Non-IT) students.
- Degrees NOT Eligible: B.E / B.Tech / Engineering graduates / M.Sc CS or IT / MCA.
- Backlogs: Candidates with active backlogs are eligible to apply.
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Flexibility: Must be open to UK shifts and rotational night shifts.
