Detailed Eligibility Criteria
HCLTech has structured this specific drive exclusively for Arts, Science, and Commerce streams. Please read the qualification parameters closely before arriving:
- Eligible Degrees: Any non-technical Under Graduate (UG) or Post Graduate (PG) degree.
- Includes: MBA (2025), MA (2025), M.Sc (2025 – Non-IT streams), and M.Com (2024 & 2026 passout batches).
- ❌ NOT Eligible: B.E / B.Tech / Engineering Graduates / Tech Graduates / M.Sc Computer Science / M.Sc IT & MCA.
- Core Requirements: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility to handle US Shift timings (Night Shifts), and willingness to manage inbound and outbound customer calls.

As a Voice Process Associate, your standard daily operations will include:
- Managing real-time inbound customer queries and executing necessary outbound follow-up calls.
