Detailed Eligibility Criteria
HCLTech has designed this drive to accommodate a wide array of non-engineering academic backgrounds, including full-time and distance learning paths.
1. Educational Qualifications
Undergraduate (UG): BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, or BBA in any specialization.
Postgraduate (PG): MA, MSc, MCom, MCA, or MBA in any specialization.
Student Status: Final-year full-time students, recent graduates, and online/distance education students are fully eligible to apply.
2. Batch & Nationality Prerequisites
Target Batches: 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs (Preferred).
Nationality: Must be an Indian National.
Employment Status: Candidates must not be currently employed full-time.
❌ Who is NOT Eligible?
Candidates currently enrolled in other Central or State government apprenticeship/internship schemes.
Candidates who have already completed NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) or NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) programs.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support core corporate talent processes:
Recruitment Operations: Supporting the HR team in daily candidate sourcing, screening, and active recruitment pipelines.
Stakeholder Coordination: Aligning communications smoothly between prospective candidates and internal management teams.
Onboarding & Tracking: Assisting with internship onboarding operations, mandatory documentation collections, and maintaining updated candidate trackers.
