Job Overview & Key Requirements

1. Core Responsibilities

  • Portfolio & Account Management: Manage complex and high-profile client accounts following defined global collection strategies to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Aged Receivables Control: Take ownership of aged debt, driving quarterly and monthly cash recovery targets in strict compliance with SLAs and operational performance metrics.
  • Process Governance: Review UMCC (Unapplied Cash/Unallocated Credit) and on-account payments in alignment with ICMP standards. Implement or lift service stops per strict process guidelines.
  • Dunning & Escalations: Execute end-to-end dunning processes, address potential write-offs, and handle high-level legal or management escalations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work alongside leads and administrators to bridge operational knowledge gaps, support new process implementations, and enforce best-in-class collection standards.

2. Candidate Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience strictly within OTC – Collections (Voice). (Candidates without relevant OTC collections experience are not eligible).
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream, though a strong Finance background (B.Com / MBA – Finance) is preferred.
  • Shift Alignment: Candidate must be willing to work full-time in US Night Shifts.
  • Joining Availability: Open exclusively to immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less.
