About the Role
HCLTech is conducting an urgent walk-in drive to hire Process Associates for their Ambattur campus in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with minimal experience to kickstart their career in the banking voice process domain.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers: Any degree (UG & PG) except B.E/B.Tech, MCA, MSc CS/IT.
- Eligible Graduates (2025 Batch): MBA, MA, M.Sc, M.Com.
- Experience: Candidates with 1-year experience can also apply (with proper documents).
- Backlogs: Candidates with backlogs can apply.
- Results Awaited: Eligible candidates can attend even if final results are pending.
- Skills: Good communication skills required.
