  • Collect claim documents from customers / hospitals / police stations
  • Follow up with claims team for processing and settlement
  • Coordinate claim cheque handover

  • Maintain files, registers, and reports

  • Ensure accurate customer data updates

  • Field visits when required for reinstatement
