Key Responsibilities & Role Scope

As a Gen AI Developer Associate at Hexaware, you will participate in end-to-end artificial intelligence solution engineering:

  • LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and optimize prompts and fine-tune large language model (LLM) workflows for domain-specific enterprise applications.
  • RAG & Agentic Systems: Assist in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • API & Backend Integration: Develop clean Python-based microservices and REST APIs to integrate AI models with core business applications and cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Model Evaluation & Monitoring: Conduct systematic performance evaluations, monitor model drift, and ensure AI safety, governance, and output accuracy.
  • Collaborative Engineering: Work alongside senior AI architects, data engineers, and client stakeholders to translate functional business requirements into technical AI deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria & Technical Profile

Educational Qualification
