- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Maintain clear communication through voice and semi-voice channels
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following company guidelines
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance standards
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate can apply
- Arrears can be considered
Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Candidates with experience in inbound or outbound calling are preferred
Language Skills
- English mandatory
- Knowledge of any additional language is an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation
- Comfortable working 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
- Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates from Coimbatore location will be given preference
