Key Responsibilities

As a Non-Voice Customer Support Executive at Hexaware, your primary day-to-day operations will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Handling inbound customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering resolutions via email and live chat support channels.
  • Quality & Tone: Maintaining a highly professional communication style with accurate grammar and sentence structure.
  • Data Documentation: Keeping flawless logs of all customer interactions and updates within internal CRM systems.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting core productivity, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and performance benchmarks setup by the process managers.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills

  • Education: Any Graduate from a recognized university. Candidates with active arrears or pending backlogs are not eligible to apply.
  • Experience: Open to complete freshers with excellent written communication. Experienced candidates with an Email/Chat support background will have a distinct advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Mandatory strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working a 5-day work week with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
