Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Maintain clear communication with proper grammar and pronunciation
- Meet service quality and productivity standards
- Work 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
- Maintain typing speed of minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
