Hexaware Technologies is hiring for an International Non-Voice Telecom Process. The role involves handling customer interactions through chat and backend systems, ensuring timely resolution of telecom-related queries while maintaining service quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills (Telecom experience is mandatory)
- Experience in chat-based customer support preferred
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer support (voice-based preferred) within the telecom domain
- Technical support experience in modems, routers, or IPTV services is an added advantage
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
