🚀 Position: Customer Support Associate – Technical (International Voice Process)

As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle international clients through voice support, provide product and service information, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

🧠 Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone calls to international clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Escalate unresolved issues when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech freshers with technical knowledge are welcome)
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
• Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication in English (verbal & written)
  • Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in rotational night shifts
  • Prior experience in international voice support preferred
