🚀 Position: Customer Support Associate – Technical (International Voice Process)
As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle international clients through voice support, provide product and service information, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
🧠 Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone calls to international clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech freshers with technical knowledge are welcome)
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication in English (verbal & written)
- Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts
- Prior experience in international voice support preferred
