🔍 Job Summary
As a Client Support Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for premium trade clients, handling transaction processing, customer enquiries, complaint resolution, and trade documentation.
You will play a key role in:
✅ Managing import/export trade transactions
✅ Resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth processing
✅ Client relationship building & cross-selling opportunities
✅ Handling emails, calls, e-helpline queries, and transaction support
✅ Supporting onboarding and documentation
✅ Coordinating with internal teams for approvals and compliance
🎯 Main Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end trade transactions and processing
- Ensure transactions are completed without delays
- Provide proactive support for trade enquiries and discrepancies
- Handle client calls/emails regarding payments, exchange rates, shipment updates etc.
- Maintain smooth coordination between clients, sales, and operations teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and complaint resolution
- Conduct follow-ups on export/import payments and documentation
- Promote digital banking adoption
- Maintain compliance and internal risk standards
