Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate System Engineer (Software Developer), you will be involved in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
- Analyze and resolve system issues with support from architects and technical leaders
- Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable applications
- Work on Hybrid Cloud and AI-enabled solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative coding solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
Eligibility & Education Criteria
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Completed before joining IBM)
- Year of Pass-out: 2025 only
- Degree: BE / BTech – Computer Science & IT-related branches
- CSE, AI & ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics
- Cyber Security, Blockchain, IoT, Robotics, CSBS, IT, etc.
- Minimum Marks: 6 CGPA or 60%
- No Active Backlogs
- Good written and spoken communication skills
Technical & Professional Skills Required
- Programming knowledge in Java / C++ / Python / Node.js
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work from any location in India
Preferred Skills
- Engineering background with logical thinking
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
