Role Overview – Associate System Engineer
As an Associate System Engineer, you will be involved in multiple phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. You will help build high-performing, scalable, and secure applications that support clients’ digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve technical issues with guidance from architects and technical leaders
- Participate in design, development, testing, release, and troubleshooting activities
- Propose enhancements to existing systems and applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient software solutions
- Ensure high-quality customer service and system performance
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- BE / BTech in:
- Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
- Information Technology (IT)
- AI & ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics
- CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cyber Security, Blockchain
- Minimum 6 CGPA or 60% overall
- Must complete the degree before joining IBM

Academic Requirements
- No active backlogs at the time of application
Required Technical Skills
- Programming knowledge in Java / C++ / Python / Node.js
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and spoken communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
