🎯 Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate System Engineer (Software Developer), you will:
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and support)
- Develop software supporting hybrid cloud and AI journeys
- Analyze existing systems and propose performance and reliability improvements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide high-quality customer support
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and stakeholders
- Drive discussions and build innovative coding solutions
🎓 Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
- Education: BE / BTech (Computer Science or IT-related branches)
- CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc.
- Year of Pass-out: 2026 only
- CGPA: Minimum 6 CGPA / 60%
- Backlogs: No active backlogs
- Degree Completion: Must complete degree before joining IBM
- Communication: Fluent written & spoken English
