Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Employee Data Management (EDM) Specialist at IBM, you will run the foundational backend human resource delivery systems:
Data Processing: Input, maintain, and update employee lifecycle data inside the master HR system to provide accurate information to various internal teams.
Complex Transaction Audit: Handle complex data entries requiring manual policy evaluation and candidate eligibility checking.
Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate backend reports and perform structural reconciliations across various employee data points.
Issue Resolution: Act as a secondary line of support to resolve policy and compensation administration questions routed from the initial contact center.
System Testing: Participate in occasional system testing to evaluate end-to-end HRMS upgrades and operational dependency handling.
Eligibility Criteria & Technical Skillsets

Academic Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree. Candidates with a Master’s Degree / MBA in HR are highly preferred.
