The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the recruitment notification for CRP RRBs XV 2026 to fill 13,706 vacancies across 28 Regional Rural Banks in India. Posts include Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager), Officer Scale-II (Specialist/GBO), and Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager).

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university + Proficiency in the local language of the state applied for (Tamil for Tamil Nadu).
  • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference for degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, IT, Law, Economics, Management, Finance, etc.
  • Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks + 2 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
  • Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers – IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture): Relevant professional degree (B.E./B.Tech, CA, MBA Finance/Marketing, Law, Agri Degree) + 1 to 2 years domain experience.
  • Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks + minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Upper Age Relaxation

  • SC / ST Candidates: +5 Years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 Years
  • PwBD Candidates: +10 to +15 Years
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Government Rules

Step-by-Step Online Application Process

  1. Go to the official IBPS portal: ibps.in.
  2. Click on “CRP RRBs XV” on the home page.
  3. Select the application link:
    • Group “A” Officers (Scale-I, II, III), OR
    • Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose)
  4. Click “Click Here for New Registration” and enter basic details (Name, Email ID, Phone Number).
  5. Save the generated Provisional Registration Number and Password.
  6. Upload the required documents:
    • Passport-size photograph
    • Signature
    • Left Thumb Impression
    • Handwritten Declaration
  7. Fill out personal, academic, and bank preference details (e.g., Tamil Nadu Grama Bank).
  8. Pay the application fee online and submit the application form.
  9. Download and retain a printed copy of the submitted application form and fee receipt.
