The program features a 2-month fully funded residential classroom training at ICICI Manipal Academy (Bengaluru) or NIIT University (Neemrana), followed by immediate placement across ICICI Bank branches nationwide.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
Upon successful completion of the 2-month program, trainees transition into the full-time role of Relationship Manager. Responsibilities include:
360-Degree Banking Solutions: Deliver complete banking products—including savings accounts, loan products, overdrafts, wealth management, and trade solutions—under ICICI Bank’s core philosophy of “Fair to the Customer, Fair to the Bank.”
Customer Acquisition & Wallet Share: Onboard new retail and business clients while growing the financial wallet share of existing bank relationships.
Portfolio Management: Maintain high service quality, customer delight, and overall portfolio health across micro-markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal specialist teams to offer customized financial solutions tailored to individual customer lifecycles.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Profile
Educational Background: Open to Graduates, Engineers, and Post-Graduates from any educational background (0 to 2 years work experience).
Academic Performance: Minimum 60% aggregate in Class 10th and Graduation.
Age Requirement: Must be under 25 years of age on the application date.
Role Expectations: Strong interpersonal skills, customer-first orientation (“Seva Bhav”), and complete locational mobility to handle sales/client-facing roles.
Selection Process
Online Aptitude Test (80 Minutes): Remote, proctored exam with 4 sections: Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness (No negative marking).
In-Person Interview: Face-to-face personal interview round conducted in business formals for shortlisted candidates.
