Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
Upon successful completion of the 2-month program, trainees transition into the full-time role of Relationship Manager. Responsibilities include:
- 360-Degree Banking Solutions: Deliver complete banking products—including savings accounts, loan products, overdrafts, wealth management, and trade solutions—under ICICI Bank’s core philosophy of “Fair to the Customer, Fair to the Bank.”
- Customer Acquisition & Wallet Share: Onboard new retail and business clients while growing the financial wallet share of existing bank relationships.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain high service quality, customer delight, and overall portfolio health across micro-markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal specialist teams to offer customized financial solutions tailored to individual customer lifecycles.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Profile
- Educational Background: Open to Graduates, Engineers, and Post-Graduates from any educational background (0 to 2 years work experience).
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% aggregate in Class 10th and Graduation.
