🎯 Job Purpose
The role focuses on monitoring and executing payment processes, ensuring all clearing-related transactions are processed accurately, within defined timelines, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
📌 Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand banking regulations and operational guidelines
- Basic knowledge of CTS (Cheque Truncation System)
- Handle all clearing operations:
- Inward clearing
- Outward clearing
- Returns processing
- NAC destination mandates & transactions
- Ensure clearing activities are completed within agreed TAT
- Monitor reconciliation and ageing of suspense accounts
- Maintain error-free operations with nil regulatory penalties
- Coordinate with internal teams, member banks, and external stakeholders
- Manage clearing-related vendors and monitor SLAs
- Prepare and submit MIS reports on time
- Support smooth end-to-end clearing operations
🎓 Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
🧑💼 Experience Requirement
- 0 to 3 years of experience
- Candidates with banking or financial services experience preferred
- Freshers with basic banking knowledge are welcome
