Indian Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026

Indian Bank, a leading Public Sector Bank, has officially released the recruitment notification for the engagement of 1,500 Apprentices for FY 2026–27 under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Candidates holding Any Bachelor’s Degree can apply online through the NATS 2.0 portal and Indian Bank’s official recruitment portal. The online application window is active from November 05, 2026, to November 25, 2026.

Recruitment Overview

Monthly Stipend Structure

Selected apprentices will receive a fixed monthly stipend based on their place of posting:

• Metropolitan / Urban Branches: ₹15,000/- per month
• Rural / Semi-Urban Branches: ₹12,300/- per month

Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit

1. Educational Qualification (As on 01.11.2026)

• Degree: Must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution recognized by the Central Government.
• Passing Window: Candidates must have passed their Graduation on or after April 01, 2022, and on or before November 01, 2026. Results must be officially declared on or before 01.11.2026.
• Language Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the specified Local Language of the applied State/UT.

2. Age Limit (As on 01.11.2026)

• Age Range: 20 to 28 Years
• Date of Birth Range: Born between 02.11.1998 and 01.11.2006 (both dates inclusive).

Selection Process

The selection of apprentices for Indian Bank will be conducted in stages:

1. Online Objective Examination: Multiple-choice online written exam.
2. Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): Assessment of local language skills for the selected State/UT.
3. Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination.
