Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a Bank Teller at IndusInd Bank, you will be the face of branch operations, managing critical counter transactions and customer financial touchpoints:

• Cash Operations: Safely accept and disburse cash deposits and withdrawals from retail and corporate customers at the counter.
• Risk Management: Ensure the timely detection and strict reporting of counterfeit currency notes to the Currency Officer (CO) following the bank’s standard operating procedures.
• System Logging: Handle backend data entry by inputting cheque book issuance records and updating customer account logs into the core banking software.
• Value-Added Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs at the cash counter and introduce/cross-sell the bank’s core financial products, savings instruments, and third-party solutions.

Eligibility Criteria & Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Open to Any Graduate from a recognized university.
