Job Description

As a Process Executive at Infosys BPM, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The role involves working in a fast-paced business environment and delivering high-quality outcomes to meet customer SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on daily process targets and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Execute transactions accurately within prescribed timelines.
• Follow all client governance mechanisms and compliance processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives and adapt to new systems or methods.
• Demonstrate commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work in business-aligned shifts, including night shifts (24×7).
• Openness to change and continuous learning.
• Knowledge of Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domains is a plus.
• Must have 15 years of formal education (10+2+3) completed.
• Candidates from Graduation years 2022–2025 are eligible.
• Mortgage knowledge is an added advantage.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
• Basic understanding of business process operations.
• Familiarity with data entry, documentation, and process execution standards.

Preferred Skills

• Data Management
• Banking / Mortgage / Insurance domain knowledge
• MS Excel proficiency
