Key Responsibilities

As a Collections Specialist at Infosys BPM, you will balance financial recovery goals with a customer-centric, empathetic approach:

  • Omnichannel Communication: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Financial Case Analysis: Assess customer financial situations through structured probing (Fact-Finding Questions) to offer realistic, tailored repayment solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Track, manage, and analyze account delinquency levels across various collection buckets.
  • Query Resolution: Address customer complaints, resolve account disputes, and deliver accurate information regarding service terms.
  • Data Logging: Maintain highly accurate, detailed records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
