Job Overview: Infosys BPM Walk-In
- Company: Infosys BPM Ltd.
- Role: Senior Process Executive (Job Level 2A)
- Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Full-Time, 5 Days Work from Office)
- Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Minimum 1 year in a BPO voice environment is required)
- Shift Type: US Night Shifts (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST) with rotational weekly offs.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks
As a Senior Process Executive in the Renewals team, your day-to-day operations will involve:
- Customer Interaction: Engaging directly with customers via voice communication to verify information and map out account or renewal requirements.
- Subject Matter Support: Providing analytical support for complex account issues and bridging knowledge gaps within the immediate team.
- Data Reporting: Generating and optimizing weekly, monthly, and complex performance reports for executive review.
- Technical Adaptation: Utilizing Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook) and mastering internal system dashboards to resolve client escalations efficiently.

- Education: Any full-time graduate degree holder.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong active listening capabilities.
- Skills: High attention to detail, proficiency in basic PC applications, and a strong customer-centric focus.
