Key Responsibilities
1. Audio-Visual Quality Review & File Validation
- Review audio and video files for archival readiness
- Validate file quality, formats, and metadata accuracy
- Ensure adherence to standardized naming conventions
2. Editorial Coordination & Workflow Alignment
- Coordinate with editors and Video Publication Project Managers
- Resolve issues related to missing files, inconsistencies, or incomplete uploads
- Ensure smooth and timely archival workflows
3. Stem & Video File Management
- Manage collection and delivery of stem and video files
- Ensure files are accurately labeled and technically compatible
- Coordinate with ILP and GLP teams for seamless handover
4. Data Tracking & Documentation
- Track daily archival activities using Jira and Google Sheets
- Maintain workflow documentation and issue resolution logs
5. Backlog & Ad-Hoc Support
- Organize and clean up older or unsorted content repositories
- Support special data cleanup and classification projects
6. General Data Curation Duties
- Maintain data integrity and usability across archival datasets
- Tag and categorize assets using standardized taxonomies
- Act as a point of contact for archive-related queries
- Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
