💼 Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Executive at Jio, you will be responsible for delivering excellent voice-based customer support.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as per roster
- Take complete ownership of customer interactions

🎓 Educational Qualification

- 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Minimum 6 months BPO / Voice Process experience is mandatory
