Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice or Non-Voice). This must be documented “on paper.”
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory.
- Education: Not currently hiring students who are pursuing a degree.
- Location Constraint: Specifically hiring candidates from Non-Metropolitan cities.
- Technical Setup: You must have your own Laptop and a stable Broadband connection.
Salary & Benefits
While the exact salary depends on your experience, Jio offers a competitive package for the BPO sector.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
