Key Job Details

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Support: Assist HR and recruitment teams in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
2. Onboarding & Operations: Help coordinate onboarding processes, document verifications, and employee engagement activities.
3. Database & Tracker Management: Maintain HR databases, candidate trackers, and recruitment metrics in MS Excel.
4. Communication: Interact with applicants, campus placement cells, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth recruitment workflows.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Target Batch: Students graduating in 2026 (BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Tech, or related streams).
• Domain Interest: Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Work Setup: Fully committed and willing to work 5 days a week from the Sholinganallur campus in Chennai.
