Eligibility & Skills Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in any discipline.
Experience: Recent graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of professional experience.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in India.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word).
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, time management, and attention to detail.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Inquiry & Case Management: Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email and ticketing systems within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Issue Investigation: Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and provide accurate resolutions.
Escalation & Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional global teams to resolve complex or high-impact concerns.
Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain complete case logs, monitor queues for overdue cases, identify recurring trends, and contribute to workflow improvements.
Quality Compliance: Adhere to company standards, data accuracy, and compliance policies during every interaction.
