Key Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Engagement: Interact with buyers, tenants, and property owners to guide them through platform features and subscription plans.
Lead Conversion: Handle warm inbound leads, make outbound sales calls, and convert prospective users into paid platform subscribers.
Customer Support: Resolve user inquiries regarding property listings, relationship manager services, agreement creation, and account settings.
CRM & Record Maintenance: Log daily client interactions, follow-up statuses, and escalation notes into internal management systems.
Eligibility & Desired Qualifications
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.).
Sales & Support Aptitude: Persuasive communication, active listening, and strong customer handling abilities.
Work Setup: Availability of a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a noise-free home workspace environment.
Education: Open to candidates with a High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
