Overview:
The Audio Quality Check Expert is responsible for reviewing and validating audio content to ensure it adheres to specific criteria and guidelines. This is a remote role that offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home and earn on a per-task basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review audio content to determine the presence of controversial content, abusive language, or profanity.
- Assess audio quality for clarity, background noise, and technical issues.
- Identify and flag any personally identifiable information (PII) present in the audio.
- Verify the primary language used in the audio and its alignment with task criteria.
- Evaluate the tone and emotion of the audio to confirm alignment with specified requirements.
- Accurately mark “Yes” or “No” based on established guidelines for each review parameter.
- Ensure all answers are reviewed and submitted accurately before finalizing.
