💼 Job Description – Jr. Collections Specialist

As a key member of Fresh Prints’ Finance Team, you will be responsible for managing the complete invoice collection process and ensuring timely payments from customers.

Daily Responsibilities:

Follow up on open and overdue invoices
Handle complex invoice cases and escalations
Coordinate with universities, student organizations, and companies
Track and report collections performance
Apply check and Venmo payments to invoices
Take card payments over phone
Apply discounts and refunds
Work on improvement projects and process optimization
